This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, coordination, management, and supervision to IMSA's experiential learning programs including, but not limited to, Student Inquiry & Research (SIR), Internships/Entrepreneurships, Independent Studies, and Intersession.
This position fulfills the requirement for DFI (Diversifying Higher Education Faculty in Illinois) Fellows following completion of their academic program.

POSITION SUMMARY
Resident Counselors (RCs) are members of a four person hall staff, who work collaboratively to monitor and support a residence hall. Each of our seven residence halls houses approximately 96 students. RCs are charged with directly supporting and developing 24 students in their wing. Through this live-in campus position, RCs facilitate the personal, social, emotional, and academic growth of students through personal interactions and programming in a living learning environment. Majority of work hours occur during the evening or on weekends, although occasional work may need to be completed before 3pm on weekdays.

POSITION SUMMARY
The selected candidate will be responsible for responding to calls for service, writing reports, and providing and ensuring adequate patrols of the campus to promote a safe learning and working environment for the IMSA Community and its visitors to the campus. Security Officers may be responsible for Front Desk Operations including, but not limited to; monitoring access to main building, registering guests through a visitor management system, monitoring CCTV camera system, answering telephone switchboard system, monitoring alarm systems, and relaying calls for service to other Patrol Officers.
Hours/Shift/Work Schedule: This position is a part time non-exempt position. Hours Worked: Hours may vary based on our need and your availability, but typically needed on either 1st or 2nd shift on either weekend day.

POSITION SUMMARY
This individual will have leadership responsibility for designing and fostering a comprehensive and dynamic development program that results in significant supplemental resources (money and volunteers) to support IMSA’s legislative charges and mission. In addition, the Director leads a team of development professionals responsible for donor and alumni relationship engagement and stewardship on behalf of the Academy. This position reports to Chief Public Affairs & Development Officer and has extensive interaction with Academy leadership and with the Board of Directors of the IMSA Fund for Advancement of Education, a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation that raises, invests and distributes gifts and grants from the private sector to support the Academy’s work.

The FBLA co-curricular sponsor will work with the group of students who are interested in furthering their knowledge with the various functions of the Future Business Leaders of America through regular meetings & competitions. The mission of the FBLA is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. The time commitment for this co-curricular is extensive and does involve some travel to competitions during the academic year. With this being a new co-curricular, the sponsor will have some latitude to work with the Coordinator of Athletics & Co-Curriculars to tailor the season of competition that will be sustainable over the years.
The Solo/Ensemble (Choral) co-curricular guides students through the entire contest process for the Little Ten Conference and Solo/Ensemble Contest (IHSA) practices and performances. The Solo/Ensemble – Choral Co-Curricular process gives all student members of band & orchestra an opportunity to perform solos as individuals, or in small chamber ensembles or student groups. Based on the fact that the Solo/Ensemble Co-Curricular is a combined group of instrumental and chorus performers, many of the job responsibilities relate to both types of performances. There is an expectation of this position that the sponsor will attend all competitions & practices. Some travel might be required as the competitions are often not held at IMSA.

POSITION SUMMARY
IMSA is actively seeking applications for the position of Day Hall Monitor (Per Diem) in the Office of Residence Life. Day Hall Monitors support Residential Life live-in staff by assisting with the day to day operations of the residence halls as well as with the development of students.
This position is a non-exempt, 10 month, employment-at-will position at a starting rate of $15.00 per hour. Hours/Shift/Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 3:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break, on an as needed basis with regular needs on most Wednesdays.

This individual is responsible for leading the development of Curriculum and Professional Development Specialists as well as leading Educator Innovation curriculum design. The Curriculum and Professional Development team is responsible for developing and implementing STEM education initiatives for students and educators throughout Illinois and beyond, including providing support for IMSA staff including faculty. Educator Innovation activities work to enrich science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) teaching and learning throughout the state of Illinois and beyond by providing research-based, practice-proven programs. This individual will help Educator Innovation achieve its goals, meet project and program objectives and apply best practice.
